Help Finding This!?!!

There's a sample out there that allows you to spell out words, i've heard caspa do it before and a few others.
E.g for caspa it says "the c to the a to the s to the p to the a"

If you still dont know what i mea Here it is at the start of this:

I got a WAV off DOA

You can also direclty rip it off Soundcloud (a mint sample source for anything out of interest, if you dont mind the lower quality. If you sample something, buy the CD/record!)
