hi i'm obviously new because im at this thread, but i'm looking for a place to trade 320's that have not yet been released. I have no plans of spreading them all over youtube or clublandlv.com. I just want to hear some new songs :D If anyone could direct me where to go that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I guess I am a newcomer to this forum. I've been here sometimes but haven't done more than reading some threads here and there. Now as I'm improving my music career and especially in the genre of dubstep (Got 2 new finnished dubstep tracks, soon up on soundcloud) I decided to spend some time here. I've been producing since one year ago, though I've been unsure of what genre that I like to create the most. But it all came to Electro/Dubstep/DnB and that's where my production will be. For now, mostly aiming at dubstep.. My goal is to pump the floors with quality bass and overall a musical experience. I'm not only focusing on "Filth" or "No-Filth", I'm just making the music that I like to hear. Especially alot of bass and melodic/quality based tunes. Hit me up at facebook or soundcloud! Now I'm here and I'm here to stay! (Sorry if I made any spelling errors, what can I say.. I'm Swedish! )

Hi, people. My name's Phoenix. I've been producing with FL since 02, and am in the process of switching to Ableton (slowly). I produce a pretty wide range of genres (haven't really found my favorite to make just yet, so I make what I like at the time)- glitch, dub/ drumstep, industrial, deathstep, illbient, and trip hop. Been lurking a little, and thought it was time to get involved.

Been lurking around here for a little while but decided to sign up to get some homies up on here.

Uploaded my most recent tune the other day @ http://soundcloud.com/adatbits/scatter-clip

I like to hear other producers too and return constructive feedback, so holla at me boyos

Hello everyone,

My name is Zach and I'm VERY new to dubstep, but I am very interested in it. I've been reading from this forum for about the past week and it's been very useful to me! I've checked out a few tracks that people have created and really like them. I'm Interested in being able to make similar (I know, I don't mean similar, of that quality I should say =P) tracks. I have zero experience producing anything, I have been playing both guitar and drums for the past five years, and that's all I have for music "skills" LOL. Looking forward to learning more!

Currently "producing" on FL Studio 10 Demo, and have ordered a pair of Sennheiser 380 pros (Headphones) and probably going to get some studio monitors within the next week or so.

I think my next steps will be to find what DAW I want to use by testing out more demos, but from what I've heards, seen and from personal use, I really like FL Studio and I'm most likely going to be purchasing the full version soon. Then, getting some stdio monitors, thinking KRK Rokits, they seem to be pretty popular. Then an external sound card, midi controller, mixer, and whatever you call that thing that plugs a mic into a computer =P.

FL's badass, don't let the haters tell you any different... just don't let it make you lazy. It's easy to slap together a track and then throw some VSTs at it without having to understand the processes at work behind them. Make sure to take time out to understand what a particular effect is doing, get a mastery of mastering, get your compression and EQ knowlege tight, etc. It'll be important later, especially if you decide to change DAWs down the line (since a lot of the other options out there are more technical-heavy than FL and not as plug-n-play).
Just my opinion.

Yo... I'm flavordisk. I've been producing (and trying to produce) dubstep for a couple years now. My weapons of choice right now are Ableton and Albino, but I have a lot of experience with a variety of hardware and software including MPC's, EPS16+, ACID, and Cubase. I have a fairly diverse style and I try to learn something new every time I open Ableton. Let me know what you think!

Hello everyone. I have been with the dubstep/EDM scene for several years now. And now I have been producing in FL 10 and audition as well as doing mixes. I have a quick question. Do you guys have a section to post remixes? I have an excision remix that I am almost done with that I would like to post.
