It sounds like what you have is the foundation for a full piece. In its current incarnation, it doesn't feel like it goes anywhere. You could think about making the drums a little more complex by adding some hi hat action or something, or you could test out some different rhythms as the song progresses. Try adding some melodies, and get away from as much loops as you have now.

This could be something, just be a bit freer and give it a little more. Hope that helps.
