On a serious note, that's not insulting to dubstep whatsoever, what you listen to is an insult to dubstep.

big up you for insulting D1 ! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VRyRxjGJO0o but i knew it was going to sound too "ambient" or boring for you. golden bullet is not on youtube :?

and you sir, YOU (as has been said several times in this thread) sound so foolish that it is insulting to dubstep.
dameonxz wrote:The people defending "other" dubstep (since ambient seems to be offensive but to you sensitive hardcore oldtimers) seem to think the song in my sig is shallow(it is, the point was to just be as nasty as possible). Im not trying to be arrogant im actually trying to be polite but just pointing out the huge seperation. Not to mention there have been elitist fucks thinking they're cool in this thread cuz they were on the scene earlier... congrats.
i just said it was interesting that i think the same things about "filth" that you do "ambient" ... i'm happy to admit that your WIP must have taken some technical prowess to create. that sound is simply done to death. nothing for me there.

also, you're the only person who has said anything anything about how long they've been on the scene having any value at all. John Kimbie said three years but that it "doesn't matter".
i said i took some time to acquire a taste for something different. doesn't matter when or where that happened.

anyway keep going... im just washing dishes and vaccuming. i can keep slewing you for another hour or so.
maybe now you can try to explain how a night of "filth" is any different from the night of boring dnb you described earlier?
or maybe try to save some face on that "carnivalstep" thing?

or ... SHIT... i just thought of this! maybe you should try listening to early 90s jungle for a few hours. #getsomeperspective

I love both sounds all around...and I think it's all up to your environment/moods. Time and place for everything ... and to insult any individual artist for doing what they wanna do is just lame.
