Owner of a Lonely Heart rmx- free dl

Soundcloud

hey guys, haven't posted here in awhile... here's a remix I just put up for free. I hope making a dubstep remix of this isn't sacrilege. :Q:

*edited* added that green dude who indicated free downloads... haha.

Thanks alot guys! my original intent with it being instrumental (@ parked) was to layer hip hop vocals overtop, but I felt like leaving it open for anyone else to do that with vocals they so choose was a better idea. plus I'll probably make a 2 step VIP with vocals. cheers you guys!

This is pretty sick. I mean, wow. Who'd ever thought somebody would make a Yes remix? lol. The basses could be more intense, but that's just my personal preference and me being EXTREMELY nit picky. It's sweet just the way it is. Keep making awesome dub like this.
Soundcloud Sequencer drenched, hefty 80's synth leads, and two drops in the same tune! What a bargain!
Soundcloud Proggy melody, up-tempo Drumstepish style, over the top drums, and some unintentional bars of 2/4 thrown in for good measure.

word man, I appreciate that.. lol I know it's an insanely middle of the road tune to remix, but I looked hard for a dubstep remix of it before I made this and came up with nothing :? you'd think after the max graham monster that someone would have put a half time beat under it in the last couple years. Has anyone ever heard / come across one before?

I know I haven't. 70's and 80's songs seem to not be quite as frequently remixed as others. Probably because there's not an abundance of multitracks floating around on the internet of them!

Yeah too true. although hacking away at bare audio files to get samples from a song can make it's own sound all together

I like how it doesn't get bogged down in the filth
