Re: UFO's over london
like i said.
i really don't mind if anyone believes me ,and it would be of no use for me to be arguing what we have seen/experienced before.
i'm not one to see something, and feel the need to preach to anyone or shove it down their throats and get annoyed when people don't believe.
we were sober, and even went up to other sober people to tell them to also look and see what their thoughts of it were.
Truth is stranger than fiction, no?

I definitely respect your attitude, whether I believe you or not. I think your story is just so unlikely and contrary to most people's experiences that scepticism is entirely natural and obviously to be expected, but who knows?d-T-r wrote:like i said.

I want to know whether you truly believe you saw what you saw and experienced what you experienced, are you prepared to question whether you might not have done?

Re: UFO's over london
sober compared to the majority of the rest of the weekend. wasn' t under the influence of anything too mind altering at that specific time though surprisingly.
and isiahfire,
Of course sceptisim is a natural reaction. Even my girlfriend was sceptical to begin with even though she see's em more often than me!
In that case, and at the glade in 2009 , i genuinely believe that what we experienced was indeed what we were perceiving it as. There has been other occasions where i havn't been certain and would never say that they were 100% genuine sightings, but those 2 cases, were.
its not that surprising. Festivals are so well and colorfully lit up, its no surprise they might like to check out whats going on. Not to mention the collective energetic contribution of the entire festivals population of people having a wicked time.
When you get a chance to see them for longer than a short time, you can really see in their movements that there is some kind of 'controller' operating them.
From a long distance they look no difference to a star. Just a small white dot of light, but it's their movements that indicate that theres something up with them.
non-circuluar or cylical at all. omni-directional and at times, proper scattery and bouncy . when you see something move up, then diagonally, then back on it's self at those speeds ,you're not left with many 'logical' explanations for it.
not gonna get into a debate about whether intelligent species exist in the universe, but given the sheer size of it, its not that hard to rule out ,if we managed it?
Our planet isnt exactly discreet in its surface appearance, actions and behavior either. I believe It's a curiosity and monitoring thing on their behalf. Mostly well natured too. I'd be more afraid of some of the people on this planet than the majority of those visiting.
i won't ramble on anyway. i know theres a kitchen full of incoming tin-foil .
Above all, i dont want people to believe everything they see at all, i just want people to be more open to the fact that we do live in a strange universe and there's alot of things out there that are currently beyond our levels of comprehension and scientific explanation but its in our evolutionary nature, to reduce the perceived threshold of the 'unknown'.
it's better to welcome and embrace the unknown with open arms and intention to learn of its nature instead of shutting out massive portions of it because current areas of our 'rational mind' wont allow it.
just because certain things sound pseudo, doesnt always make it so.

Man, I don't doubt you think you've seen that.
But being at a messy festival like glade you see spaceship (which happened to you there in 2009 as well!)
Like I said, I could swear that I was being brainwashed at Glade, my memory of it still seems real now....but it seems the much more likely explaination that I'd been awake for days taking drugs and was tripping. My friend swore that he floated about a foot high in his tent at Glade too. Either that festival is a focus point for aliens and the paranormal or there are a lot of drugs and sleepless nights and peoples minds playing tricks on them.
I want to believe in aliens as much as anyone, but be careful how much you fool yourself, not too healthy if you start believing too much of that stuff!

.....dancing and taking whatever drugs for days on end and not getting good sleep and what you conclude is aliens rather than your mind playing tricks on you- isn't that the simppler explaination to you!sober compared to the majority of the rest of the weekend. wasn' t under the influence of anything too mind altering at that specific time though surprisingly.

I don't deny the existence, just haven't myself discovered convincing evidence.

I also know when my mind is playing tricks on me and when it isnt. yes festivals can fry your brain a bit , but at those moments, my mind was still working perfectly fine and hallucination free. Like i said, we even went up to other people we didnt know to ask them what they were seeing and it spun out a fair few people (both sober and fucked people)
i can agree that it's not too healthy if you start believing in a lot of 'that' stuff and to believe in everything you see.
it's also not that healthy to rule out the possibility of something that has been neither proved or disproved.
and borrowed, your post imitating me is on point apart from the 'how dare you' bit. can you not see that i'm not that phased?
again, i really don't mind if you believe me and i have no intention of trying to convince you.
Re: UFO's over london
