FYI, you can post soundcloud links so they put the wav directly in the thread instead of havin to link to it...you just put the soundcloud tags around it namean...

aside from that, the lead in to the drop was kinda ehh...once it dropped, i had mixed feelings...the instrumentation an wobble bass was really nice, but it didn't fit the percussion AT ALL...the drums killed the vibe of the instruments...if you kept the same instruments an bassline, but made the percussion somethin with more bounce that flows along with the vibe your sub sets, this would actually be pretty damn sick...so yeah, i like parts, others not...keep it up tho!!

I'd have to agree with 74thStreet.

I feel that the hi-hat has a tendency to throw the groove of a song, or almost give it a sway. Too much high hat can give it an ... off... feeling.

Try different hi-hat riffs that are simple and catchy.

With drums, less is definetly more.

so should I go back over the percussion in my drop and try a different set up? I used the same one in my intro. thats probably part of my problem right there.

Meh, I use the same drums in my song as I do in the intro, so you can aswell... I'd assume...

But yeah, now that you have the whole song written, just try it out with different drums until you find one you like...

And halftime is fun. Like going from 3/4 to halftime always makes shit sound cool!

Haha no problem. I just re-upped Crush for the last time tonight. Give it a listen...

Also, I need some critique on the effect of the wobble. Tell me what you think about it, if you can. I can't decide if I like it or if it's just bleh... Idk.

New version sounds pretty good tbf, just bring up the level of the midrange bass', and maybe buss it to a bitcrusher just to give them all that little bit more grit! as for the embed, I'll do it.
