Some people are far worse than that, my dad makes notes to give to police about 'yobs' (i.e. people below 16 who are doing nothing wrong) hanging out in the woods next to our house as well as forbidding my sister to go to the cashpoint 20 metres from a restaurant we were eating in in case she gets mugged though there has never been anything serious happening to anyone around there for as far as anyone can remember (2 armed robberies on shops but that's a separate thing entirely and the shops wouldn't even say when it was)

haven't read much of this thread but to the OP: don't be a snitch!! Have faith in the system and stop being so Daily Mail. Good luck to her, if she gets away with it, fair play, if she gets caught, fair play (I work and pay plenty taxes but I'm not a little bitch)
Maybe grass if she's ever done anything to annoy you other than that keep your nose out surely?

25k fine or 2-3 years in jail for benefit fraud. How harshly funny is that.

On a serious note, I doubt she's a fraudster, chances of anyone getting away with it for that long are pretty low, driving around in that?

While back my neighbour rang 999 cause my tax disc was out of date. I'm serious. Now there, is a grass.
On the funny side he buys/sells caravans very quietly out of his drive, and I reckon the chances of those 'earnings' being reported to the Inland Revenue are minimal. I wouldn't usually grass, but that fuckers getting shopped.

you put it in your car windscreen and it signifies that you are paying money to the government because they are so nice and let you use their roads and that
what is of value and wisdom for one man seems nonsense to another.

Bit off topic but related to the previous post, something I've been meaning to look up but always forgot...do you have m.o.t. tests in the US, to ensure your cars are road worthy?

Thats why I wondered, some of their cars look like huge pieces of tin shit from the 60's.

most (if not all) states have laws where your car has to get a safety inspection yearly. if you fail to get inspected, they revoke your tags.

Aye :W: Rupert Murdoch might also face a criminal investigation and it's being questioned whether he's fit to run News Corp as part of the takeover of BSkyB...
