Nothing i love more then henching out to Evelyn Champagne King - Love Come Down

wubabauwubwabab
Typically, the percussion will pause, often reducing the track to silence, and then resume with more intensity, accompanied by a dominant subbass

I normally listen to the following Rinse shows when running Oneman, Loefah, Hessle or Night Slugs...

Although, did 7 miles whilst listening to this last night whilst listening to that mix Joker did for Mary Anne Hobbs last year... Quality mix.

Also, Plastician's Sounds That Speak Volume mix is decent for exercise imo. :corndance:

Can't you listen to anything in the gym? I was kicking it to Brian Eno - Apollo: Atmospheres and Soundtracks at the gym on tuesday.

Although saying that, I banged shuffle on, and noticed a peak in performance when Ramadanman - Work Them came on. :h:

Youngsta's sets were made for the gym!

When you hear a big favourite you go mad and work as hard as you can!

Try running and hearing Lx-One + SP:MC - Hunted, makes you run about 1000mph! hahaha

Not in the gym but I used to put on Ramadanman - Humber when I got off the train at Waterloo station and bombed it through the station at 100mph - those bouncy kicks <3.

140 is a perfect tempo for running, I've found. Love me some joker, swindle, terror danjah, wiley, skepta, trim, zomby, jakes, coki, mensah, mala, vivek, jack sparrow, etc when I'm on the path. Kyrptic minds feel pretty epic too. Just something hard to keep me going :)

I concur, oneman actually gets me running faster, tis great!

Also, not dubstep but immortal technique and other rappers are great imo cos i listen to the lyrics and then dont realise how long ive been running for / give up too early :W:
