seriously tho, dubai is gonna fucking RAWK. im considering moving there in the future. I really think that the center of "civilization" is going to shift over to this area of the world in the next few decades. really exciting times

A lot of money has been invested in Dubai, I can't imagine it turning into a ghost town when the Oil runs out.
