So, ive been hearing this sound in MANY dubstep tracks, and i am reaaally wondering how to make it, cus its fucking sick.
This is the one im talking about: (skip to 0:51)

Its like a bright lazer wobble sound, does anyone know how to make it? maybe a youtube tutorial?
I would really appreciate if someone could help me out!
