"Doesn't anyone have a job on this forum?!"

Really though, what do you all do for a living?

I do software QA. I actually work with audio, so I get to work with a lot of a) cool gear and b) scarily smart people.

It's interesting, and it pays well, but it's not exactly soulful, if you know what I mean. Plus my commute comes out to 3+ hours a day... I'm trying to save money so I can take some time off, maybe in a year or so, and sit down and really get my production skills up...

I work in the entertainment industry as anything from an art director on commercials/short films/tv etc to production technician on sports events, opera, ballet etc...

...in between I work short term contracts on festivals and rock gigs mostly as a rigger climbing round high places doing high stuff

I also do a bit of grafikkery mainly for my screenprinting business specialising in t shirts...

...here's a random t shirt design I did

I'm a programmer for an internet advertising company (yes, pop-ups and all that)

*dodges rotten fruit*

Thinking about going back to school to study computer science and sociology. How I'm going to do that while pulling a 40/hr/wk job is beyond me, though. :?

Elemental:

A three-day a week job would be so sweeet. I'm pretty convinced that everything I already do could be done from home.

Crikey, you guys actually have serious jobs... I'm half way through a philosophy degree, no idea what I'll do afterwards. Not exactly a vocational subject. Probably piss about doing nothing, travelling about, and listening to music... like I am now :?

yeah it did...

...I tend to print stuff for myself and give shit away cos i got my own 4 colour setup and everything that goes with it so i can take a piece of paper with a doodle on it and get it up to pro specs then print it

I do do some pro work but i don't advertise cos it's just another hobby i make money off when i need to...

I'm still a poor student aswell, studying physics - subgenre: Chaos Theory. I'm working currently on my Master thesis and hope to finish it soon, but this forum and dubstep at all is keeping me from getting done. :?
