I like this kind of sound and would love to hear more 140 BPM junglism but imo your tune is focusing too much on the breaks.
The bassline could come in much earlier, have more variations with different cutoff and resonance start points and automations and stuff like that.
Then you could also add elements that are specific to that vibe, like vocal samples, siren fx and stuff like that.
