maybe switch up every 7th or 8th snare, give it some variation?

also at around 2.55 when the beats drop out i think it needs more to be made of the breakdown, some kind of old man talking sample?

and when it kicks back in you need an extra element, some shuffly drums like at around the 4.20 mark. bring them in right after the breakdown or a secondary melody?

not being a producer im not really sure, but as a listener i really wanted something extra to punch me in the face after the breakdown you know?
