Snares?
Hey everyone!
I've been having trouble finding/creating good sounding snares and I was wondering if anyone could point me in the direction of some good samples. The types of sounds I'm looking for are strong, solid ones similar to artists like skrillex.
Please help me out! Thanks

Re: Snares?
Check the production bible for links to free samples (it's easy to find via google).
IMO the samples themselves aren't that important. It's more about how they sit in the mix, so if you haven't taken the time to learn about mixing then you're shit out of luck.
Again, you can learn a lot about this from the production bible.

Re: Snares?
most of those links are broken/lead to ads.
Does anyone know of any sites with good WAV search engines that actually let you download the samples?
