its not all about the 'filth' for me anymore, maybe cause now I know how easy it is to make generic filthy noises in NI Massive.
for me now its more about the actual rhythm and writing of the wobbles as opposed to 'cram as many different distored Massive noises into 8 bars as you can possibly fit' (for instance this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qkisqJnvyJw yeah its filthy n distorted but wheres the groove?)

HOWEVER this will always take the cake for me :6:
not only are the noises well produced, they actually have an interesting rhythm too

Same for me, when I first got into dubstep I found the filth was really fun to listen to because the sounds were so crazy, and while I do still enjoy it, lately I'm leaning towards more melodic stuff.

But anyway, I've always liked the drop in Elixir by Skism.
