Burial - Archangel

Post by -Glitch » Tue Aug 02, 2011 4:08 pm

Any tracks which i'm missing out on with the same garagey vibe as this one?
I'm quite new to the Dubstep scene but this track by burial i can't get enough of.

So any suggestions peeps? :)
Much Love. :Q:

More Burial? U hurt me, Shutta, Spaceape, Wayfaring Stranger, Where is Home, could probably go on like that for a while.

Otherwise Synkro, Pangea, Clubroot, Swarms are decent.

Just get both of his albums and anything else you can find by him, Street Halo EP, etc.

My personal fav Burial tunes are Archangel, Untrue, Etched Headplate, Raver, Stolen Dog, Shutter and U Hurt Me. But all of his tunes are absolutely fantastic.
Check his 2 albums (Burial & Untrue) and other EP's (Ghost Hardware EP, Distant Lights EP, Street Halo EP) and I'm sure you won't be disappointed.

For other artists I'd suggest to check Desolate (I highly recommend him. Very similar style of production, but while others just sound like Burial copies, Desolate manages to still keep a unique sound of his own), Synkro, Indigo, Phaeleh, Pangaea, Untold, Ramadanman. But there are plenty more.

Big up. :Q:

(: dont know how relevant this is but there are some tracks by actress which lean towards more of a garage vibe. not strictly dubstep but the music hints at a lot of genres. i prefer listening to actress by listening to the album start to finish, thats me tho.

Desolate is sick. Isn't it Sven Weisemann?

Guess this is as good a place as any to plug my blog, is almost entirely based around many of the artists already mentioned in this thread, should keep you up to date and expose you to some new artists.
