Re: ZOMBY
I'm so frustrated that the venue Zomby is playing at in Seattle is 21+. I've been looking forward to it for months. The Night Slugs Showcase is 21+ also

Excited for both, sorry you can't get in, although that never really stopped me...
I'd invest in a grappling hook if I were you, parachute in as he's dropping this...
The remainder of the fest isn't so much my bag...
I Hope PDX is Banging that week too!

Is this not the case with all raves/dances in the US? I assumed it would be seeing as you can't drink 'til your 21. Thank god I'm not American.NW DUBAHOLIC wrote:I'm so frustrated that the venue Zomby is playing at in Seattle is 21+. I've been looking forward to it for months. The Night Slugs Showcase is 21+ also
Re: ZOMBY
it's actually awesome for those of us who want to dance with other adults without the annoyance of the little ones
besides, most (not all) kids here want some shit they can mosh shirtless to

Re: ZOMBY
I'm not some loud obnoxious kid. I just love the music and want to hear it on a good system. Everything around here thats not 21+ is all tear out, doctor p/ flux pavillion shit that I don't even go to. So when a producer/dj comes around that I never get a chance to see and it's 21+ it's frustrating. The last thing I had a chance to see was Mary Anne Hobbes, Plastician, and 12th Planet at Decibel Festival last year! I have my fingers crossed waiting to see if Julio Bashmore is 21+
Re: ZOMBY
To be quite honest, I see as many (if not more) over 21s making complete dickheads out of themselves as under 21s. I mean the restriction doesn't mean anything to me personally anymore but the majority of people I see vomiting, fighting and generally behaving like stnuc outside the club are over 21 so just because you're only letting "adults" in doesn't mean they're gonna act like it.
