Mr Woodnote has been performing his unique blend of sax and beats on the streets,
at festivals and in clubs around the world since 2008. Alongside Dub Fx he heads up
the CONVOYUNLTD label on which he released his debut album 'Winter of Woodshed'
in 2009. Off the back of a massive response to videos produced by Ben Dowden on
You Tube, with several videos racking up millions of hits they have toured extensively
in the UK, Europe and Russia as well as their native Australia.
As Woodnote gears up to release his second album, OPR8 releases two long awaited
remixes of tracks off 'Winter of Woodshed'. Sticking with the hiphop ethics of the original
the 'Monkey' remix which features the vocal talents of Mc Idle and Dub Fx, is given
a bass heavy grimey twist, recently catching the attention of Mary Anne Hobbs( XFM).
The infectious funky house groove in 'Bring Back' takes you from the streets to the club
