....this is the wrong place, I know. And this tune isn't even house. But y'know, no ones managed to come up with anything in the Tune ID thread, and you guys are more switched than most (flattery, flattery...) so I thought I'd give it a shot.

It's from the Ben UFO mixtape (Ben if you're reading this, any hints?!), fairly poor quality as I recorded it on the ol' phone in the car. Tune starts properly around the 40s mark.
