@kev you need more melody, or at least some sort of hook. You got that bass sounding nice
@amphibian Your kicks are lacking punch, rest of it sounds sweet
@BudSpencertron Loving this but i think your groove is a bit to syncopated, but loving the euphoric vibe you got going on

@Keev - i like the idea of this, it's pretty cool. the hats sound a bit dull tho and could do with some more high end shine to it i reckon

@Kilo beats - wouldn't change anything... sounding sick!

@BudSpencertron - nice vibes, maybe the sub could do with being a bit higher... not really anything to criticise on

@NorCoDubstep - thought this was sick! until 1.10.that mid ruined it for me it's a bit loud aswel, you should do a version where you keep it chilled. there's a little brass instrument in there i think needs to be louder or maybe more defined... but overall i really liked it, just that mid bass ting i didn't

@sparokano-youve limited that too hard mate you can hear it going loud/quiet/loud/quiet quite a lot. can hear it really obviously at 0.27/28/29/30

@wizeguy - deep vibes.those tablas/bongos whatever they are could do with some fills at the end of the bars and generally be a bit busier imo.

@karma - quite like the ideas in this. seems a little messy at times and could all maybe be refined a bit more.cool vocal snippet

@louie - those chords need a bit of work. strip it back to just the bass note and build everything on top of that

@lightshapers Ha ha been trying to fix it man the notes are sounding better thanks to jrisreal's help but its still sounding odd been adjusting volumes trying different patches ect and i just cant manage to get it to sound right. Given im not exactly the best with production but im giving it some effort.

@Karma_blitz - your mix sounds very cluddered and everything is trying to play way too loud. Fix your mixdown and also the bass has this weird fuzz on the high end thats weird maybe its intended but if not eq it a little.

@wizeguy - the song sounds ill and nice and deep. Maybe if the snare had a little bit more presnece, but thats personal preference, but the mix sounds clean and everything is nice, good vibes.

@lightshapers - synths sound nice and everything but your kick gets clipped at points, but maybe like you said clipped to hard on the master. Maybe fix the mixdown a little but overall the song is pretty sweet and sounds are on point


now for me, mostly im a neurofunk type of guy that makes reeses, but i made this tune totally different, so help me

but anyway, try to dumb down the drums pre-drop, try not to have everything so punchy and big before the drop, it makes the drop it harder. also, you can make the drop hit harder by bringing down the volume pre-drop just a little bit and boost it a bit when the drop hits.

@manny i think that kick issue is prob more to do with a plug-in being bypassed on/off. no wet/dry control so had to automate the bypass and had the same issue with it causing pops/clicks before.

your tune sound cool btw. intro could maybe be more interesting

@lightshapers 1:53 is absolutely brilliant! :3 the vocal clips in the first drop do stick out quite a bit volume wise, on the other hand, SICK song
@SparoKano personally, i dont like using flanger, but you seem to have done a nice job with it ,the first drop is off to a good start, but the rest of the song seems kind of messy imo

@Sifty - I like this tune a lot. IMO it could really benefit from some sort of transition FX, risers and stuff like that that, and I think the lead kind of overpowers the rest of the song.

@RandoRando - Good shit as always. I feel like the melody could stand to be put in a different key to fit the bassline better. up 7 semitones would probably be the right key (its kind of hard to tell with the nature of the bassline), but that would be a little bit much. maybe just try moving the other instruments up 2 semitones.

@LucasKane - I'd switch up the hi-hats in some parts of this song, and i think it could also benefit from a simple, barely audible pad. i like the minimalism of it, but I think it could use just a teeny bit of spice.

Here's mine... I've been working for about 3 months on this and I really want to make it perfect... Any input is appreciated.

Listen to the whole thing if you can. It's 7 minutes long, but I couldn't justify taking anything out as it all seemed necessary.

I just finished mastering it (well sort of, im still not happy with it yet), and it sounds pretty authentic to the premaster as far as I can tell. The thing I'm most concerned about is over-compressing it like I did with the song it my signature. Also would like some input on the bass level, it sounds good to me, I've compared it to other songs on several different systems, but I always have trouble mixing the bass. Again any input would be greatly appreciated.

Now keep this in mind. About 7 months ago I started using FL for about a month, lo and behold my hard drive fried.
I just recently got a new hard drive and reinstalled FL studio's and I've made my best track in a matter of today lol.
It isn't good(comparing to others posted), but it is definitely decent for not using FL in 7 months and still remembering how to do everything,

This is my track I'm working on, there's some stuff towards the end I need to change but forgot to. Any advice, comments, anything would be appreciated
