lunacy /sileni ....Czech film directed by Jan Svankmajer who usually just does weird out stop motion animations of bits of flesh and meat and stuff.

2 different takes on running a mental asylum- "freedom versus control and punishment - within the context of a world that combines the worst of both." it's a lot more light hearted and funnier than it sounds.

not seen in a while will have to find again. would recommend
