anyone going via eufest; london to pula tues 30th?
Yessir, me and my mate are

Need to change my passport details with them though.
I'm going up to victoria to collect my new passport this friday, so i still needa put my passport details in!
are you staying in london the night before or? or getting a train down from scots on the day?
My trip there works out like a fairly decent holiday! Go to Glasgow, stay the night on the 28th, get a train at 9:40 to London (£40 for 1st class train ride,
whatchu know bout dat) so we get to explore London for the day. We've booked the night in a hostel in London which is roughly 30 minutes walk from Victoria Station too. It's all fell into place rather nicely, apart from my fucking passport...
I'm relieved I'm not the only one with passport woes! I'm still waiting for mine so I can book my camping ticket, the folks at eufest emailed me today saying they need your details confirmed at least a week before.
Wotdyouknowboutdat!!!
Heathrow via Zagreb straight into Pula!! Gonna be immense. Finally put my deposit down on some accomodation today so know its on and poppin!
Last year was so sick but getting that minibus to Ljubliana and then spending a day in the most boring airport of all time was not the one.
Cant wait.

It truly seems like around 90% + of people hanging around on this forum are British?
How many percent u reckon are brits on Outlook?
No offense, but I don't want to feel like I'm in London when I'm actually in beautiful Croatia... Many people from Holland/Germany/Nordic countries there? Asians? I presume not... Perhaps some from Kazakhstan though... dem Croatians aren't far from Borat
Ill be there from the 1st arriving with bus from Venice... damn long bus ride, what do people do on those... Scream like donkeys or sleep? Hopefully Ill get some half shady spot for me tent at least...

You'll get a timetable when you get your wristband. At least I think that's what they did last year.

overwhelmingly brits at the festival, but i think there'll be a bit more diversity this year compared to last as the festival has gotten more worldwide recognition. i know of a few americans heading to the festival just from DSF/Facebook; last year i met one.
i'm still looking to share an apt. PM me with prices/details etc.

Cool, thanks mate.
Well I like u Brits... Used to live in UK, and damn u Brits can SKANK!

thats fine, its just that I'm always up for meeting people from everywhere
As to Kazakhstan - Croatia relationship, I don't fuckin mean the countries are next to each other, I mean that Croatia is a country with way more "Borats" than you will find in UK etc. Forget it eh

Seriously
WHAT THE FUCK.
We booked and confirmed our accomodation via the festival website (via someone called stephanie).
Thanks for your email, no worries yes, your booking is on our board, since the 21th June and we take care of it!! You will hear from us within the next weeks, and then I will send you straight the link for the deposit.
We will send out to you details, pictures, and next steps regarding your own accommodation within July by email.
Many thanks for understanding
Best regards
Stephanie
Today we get an email telling us that the 2 bedroom apartments (that we confirmed over a fucking month ago) are sold out.
So first of all, we would like to apologise for the unusual delay regarding your booking at Outlook Festival. We are still working on it, I've asked the agency right, and we will need your answer regarding your wishes.
As now we don't have any more accommodation for 2 / 3 people on the area you've chosen, Fazana, we are currently researching for new ones, otherwise as you are 2 people, you've also got 2 possibilities, please read below the new options updated.
PULA is now the only option available: 3 / 4 / 5 bed apartments
>> Stinjan/ Valbandon/ Fazana/ Peroj/ and Veli Vrh now SOLD OUT !!!!
>> 2 persons accommodation are now SOLD OUT !!!
If you are only 2 people, you can:
**** either share a property.
If you are happy to share, we've got double rooms available in big houses or flats with 3/4/5 bedrooms, with garden or terrace, you will have your own room of course, and you will just have to share the bathroom and the kitchen.
Those properties are really nice and it's a good way to meet other festival goers too.
In that case: - Apartments for 3 – 5 people – 22 Euro / person / night.
****OR either get a 3 bed apartment for you both, pay the full price for 3 people and then have a spare bed but still be private.
In that case: - Apartments for 3 – 5 people – 22 Euro / person / night.
What sort of micky mouse operation are they running for the accomodation.
Right now am very pissed off with this.

hitting head against table with emails like this:
"We would like you to understand first that our process is a collaboration with an agency in Croatia, who are taking reservations from our customers, per example your booking, and then matching with their properties. As soon as you filled up your form, it's on our board " common" with the croatian , so it's on their hands basically, they were trying to find more flats in Fazana, suitable for 2, but finally couldn't handle all the requests so they give us alternative solutions.
If you are ok to pay for a bigger accommodation, it might be quicker to allocate your booking, so let me know if we find an accommodation for 2+ would you agree to pay for 4 people per example?
We won't let you down, I will try my best to sort out your booking within this week definitely."
I'm really looking forward to it, but the accom situation is a fucking joke considering we'd booked this months ago.
