Beats like this?

Hey everyone.

I apologize if this sounds like a shameless plug, but I promise you it's not.

I played a set on the weekend, my first out where I was able to drop my own tunes - and I REALLY wanted to drop this one: http://soundcloud.com/phybian/enigma (not embedded to show this isn't a shameless plug). However, due to the nature of the swing of the beat, I have absolutely ZERO tunes that actually mix in with it. I know skrillex uses a swing beat in some of his tunes, but that's really not what what I'm after. Deep, melodic stuff with a swing beat - can anyone point me in the right direction?

Other than that, set was really good. Worked well for early in the evening

Will be online in a few days those of you who would like to hear

nice tune, good vibes. its got a similar aesthetic as of some stuff martyparty and his collabs put out, though yours might have a bit more swing. either way, i dig it.

Somewhat reminds me of the intro to instra:mental - 8, especially the bit after about 0:15. Don't know if that's at all what you're looking for though haha.

I'm sure there are loads of tracks in swing like this, I'll post them when i find some. Also, with a heavy swing like that you can sometimes get away with mixing in a triplet-laden track like Perilous by Phaeleh.

Also, the tune in my sig is in swing

Cant hear track atm, but KOAN Sound seem to swing shit about and use more "jazzy" drum beats... not super deep...but they arnt skrillex drops for sure lol

i have the exact same problem with this track. completely shuffled hats/kicks makes for hard mixing. check it out.
