Announce there is going to be an enquiry. One that'll probably cost the tax payer tens of millions of £'s. Money that could be spent on the causes of this problem.....

Probably a few million tops which truth be told wouldn't make a dent in those problems, one off payment of less than £1 for all the unemployed basically. They basically need to redevelop the places to bring in business and jobs and I'd say that nobody in their right mind would do that after this.

I don't want to see the result of them meeting anyone. The police aren't quite sure what to do with them, are they?

 nope, seems it all took them by surprise a bit!

in a way i think everyone else should have had the balls to do like that enfield lot or the green lanes lot the other day, would probably end badly i guess....but if everyone grew a pair and told looters to fuck off im sure they'd outnumber them 100:1, they'd soon stop

watching the shit unfold in manchester, the police (at least here anyway) know exactly what they're doing

there's still 'civilians' on the streets, i was one of them, there was a wedding party leaving the restaurant i worked in, should the police have gassed them??

they're doing the best thing

whats lost up here?? not much

london is different, but the rioting in london was over such a massive scale, attempting to control it with a few tear gas canisters is a jokes idea
