Need help creating new track!

Post by AimlessAnger » Wed Aug 10, 2011 12:35 pm

I'm working on a new track for Aimless Anger, i've finished 2 already but this forum said to me that it wasn't good at all. So i didn't quit because of that, i tried to create better stuff, but i have some problems with my song. Is there somebody who's able to help me with my song via MSN or mail. I work with mixcraft for my songs. I'm trying to create a good one for months now!

I have trouble creating my drop and some other parts of the song, i want to create a professional one, but i need some help.

If you want to help me via MSN or skype (i have no mic) than let me know!

Thank you already,
See you on msn!

grtz,
Aimless Anger

The reason is probably because you are using Mixcraft to create songs....

I have used Fl Studio since I was about 14/15 so I am used to that now, but Reason and Ableton are amazing too.

Im trying to learn Ableton right now. Check them out. If you can learn them, it will benefit you, but the sound you create in the end is still down to your talent.

Are you using Mixcraft loops? Or is everything you actually make in Mixcraft all you?

I mean, you can stick with Mixcraft by all means, but it limits you to a lot of things. Can you even EQ each instrument in Mixcraft?

My english teacher gave me a weird look when I mentioned that as the musical instrument I played. Like the wtf stare. I had to give her the 'wiki wiki' dj motion to confirm what i meant.

I've downloaded drum sounds: a snare, a cymbal, bass kick,... Then i use a virtual instrument track and start recording a beat. When done, i tweak the beat a little bit.

Yeah i understand, but if i quit using mixcraft, which other software is the best? I heard good things about Reason 3.
It is all dependent on what level you are currently at and how much you are willing to learn.
That being said, FL and Reason are fairly easy and feature packed to meet your needs.
Plus they came with a fairly large library of core sounds, instruments, etc.

Or try Reaper, Cubase, Aleton, Pro tools, etc.
The list is long and each person has their preference.
I personally use Reaper.

Listen it all depends on what your personal preference is because all programs are good, professionals use fl studio. you just have to try different ones and see what you like best.
