Okay- here is an example.
I just clicked on the promoters link in the new to forum thread. I read thread and clicked reply and it bounced me back to forum index.
I have noticed this problem when trying to access threads that no longer show in the info and archive thread- but can be accessed thru the new to forum links.
Make sense?

ok, this is obviously a firefox thing. it may be an IE thing as well.
we might have to turn on SSL login, if this problem persists. the problem with turning on SSL, is that people on mobiles or computers that aren't updated may not be able to log in at all. hold tight, and thank all of you for letting us know.

ok. the problem is, that your browser is way out of date. i use safari too, and the current Version is 2.0.4 (419.3). Safari is based on the Mozilla Engine, which is what PHPBB write's their code to conform to. PHPBB is the software that runs our forum. you're going to run into many headaches from now on using such an old browser, as the newest forum update was a few months ago. sorry.jason burns wrote:safari 1.3.2 (v312.6)
i'm set to accept cookies from sites i navagate to.
(less pop ups)
try downloading the newest version of firefox or opera and you'll have much better luck.
please make sure all your browsers are updated. we can't really help otherwise. phpbb is very good about keeping up with browser standards, so it's only going to be in rare instances when people are downloading certain browser plug in's (the spam blocker plug in's have notoriously bad issues with phpbb) that may be having conflict with certain parts of the forum software. i've had a look around and it turns out that other people are having issues using firefox and phpbb forums, so this may or may not be a much wider issue than our forum. i'll keep you posted. thanks to all.
there's also a problem with the FAQ:
