They usually book the Melkweg, but I checked their site, and DMZ is definitely not booked on the 28th. Agreed about the moshers though :x

yeah the 5days off gig was waaaay too crowded by moshers and people holding iphones up in the air instead of skanking...

+plus I thought both Mala & Coki played a "best of" set which means they left aloooooot of dubs in their bags..
Loe's set before them was proper sick though

you reckon it's gonna attract the same crowd this time? If it's not Melkweg you think it's gonna be Paradiso? Would love to visit Adam if it's during ADE. Plastikman Live 1.5 is a must as well.

5 Days Off is usually really crowded and doesn't usually bring in the best sort of punters - I can just about handle a couple of clueless prats jumping into each other, but when the first 10 rows is a huge moshpit b2b very tall people mooching around aimlessly, it's a vibekiller. A lot of that sort of dubstep pulls in the metal fans who don't quite know how to dance to that kind of music, or how to behave themselves in public. There hasn't been that whole bass music culture in Netherlands that there is in UK, so dubstep over here pretty much means brostep. Silkie & Quest/RSD back in May was a far nicer crowd though.

I checked the websites for Melkweg and Paradiso and saw nothing, posted something on Mala's facebook too, did a google search and the only related article I found was this thread! But I'll post something when I hear something.

ADE is one week earlier, here's the line-up if you have the patience to read through it all: http://www.amsterdam-dance-event.nl/pro ... rting/date
