Best dubstep scene right now?

Was talking with a few buddies about where the best area is to be to find the best dubstep right now. Over here in the states I hear Denver all the time but I'm assuming it's only because I live here. Anyone want to share their opinion?

Also, little tune I stumbled upon...

Houston, TX has been getting a lot of praise lately.

Cali, New York, and Texas have always had good acts come through.

I'm not hugely aware of what goes on elsewhere, but London has to be...
