I know it isn't an open world game, but anybody who has a 360 should go buy Alan Wake right now.

Fallout New Vegas if its on 360 just restarted it myself, first play thru was HORRID and buggy... to the point it was impossible to progress. But I recenetly started over (after an update) and all is well. Except the fact I'll probably lose all my friends, and social life again.

Resistence 3 looks too good.

That'd be my other advice though, get a PS3.

Pretty much every Rockstar game on 360 is worth checking, to be honest. Even Table Tennis was a decent game! LA Noire is quite a letdown though, if you haven't played it.

Fallout 3 took up a massive chunk of my life; but as previously said, am waiting for the special edition of New Vegas with all add on packs. Hopefully they will have fixed the bugs by then.

GTA IV equals fun time, or you can wait for GTA V not sure when it comes out.

Recently bought MK9 and to smash your friends is awesome

I`d say San Andreas was more enjoyable

The music alone just made it amazing.

EDIT - Although apparently is changes hands for £40+ 2nd hand. Grrr.

If you can wack it on the internet; you can buy it via the market place (digital copy) for 25.

Its probably the most gorgeous, interesting and in depth fantasy RPG of this generation.

If time spent playing a science fiction video game were some of the best hours of your life, it sounds like you've lived a pretty uneventful life.

you should check out Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals and Blackthorne. Those were always two of my favorites for SNES. I have SNES,NES,Super Sega, and some other old game system emulators on my old original xbox, which is pretty awesome. NBA Jams is also one of my favorite two-player games ever made, but I don't know how good that'd work on a computer.
