If it was TB, you'd probably be a bit more worried about your symptoms, tbh (bloody in the cough possibly, and it would've showed on any doctor's tests - and you'd feel like shiiiiiiit). A mate's girlfriend got it last year and he got it (as a carrier, no symptoms) - he had to be quarantined!

Sounds like cutting down on the smoking, a bit of cardio and plenty of rest is what your body's after...
