People turning up at tea time out of the blue, expecting to be entertained and making comments how nice my food smells.

I'm a student, and the university is close to my home so I still live with my parents. Which is not really cool but it's more luxurious than a student flat.
Anyway, it's vacation now, and my dad has been moaning to me, and my mother, every single fucking day, about how I sleep too long, how I didn't find a little job to do during the holiday, how I failed some of my exams, how I download too much (fuck off we have unlimited bandwith), ...
Actually, he doesn't only moan to me about random things during vacations, but actually, during weekends too. And during a lot of normal days too.

Maybe I'll just pay everything of my education myself so he doesn't have the fucking right to moan about it.
Or maybe I'll just search for a roommate and move out so I don't have to hear him moan anymore.

Only problem with moving out is money. My parents won't even give me a single penny when I move out (maybe my mother, but not much either), and I have in total 350 euros.
When I want more money, I obviously need to work, but I can't work during weekdays, because then I need to go to uni. And if I work like 4 days/week during weekends I won't make enough to pay rent, music, going out, etc.
And obviously I wouldn't have enough time to study during the weekends either :P

My father didn't believe in saving accounts so he never got me one when I was born or when I was a kid resulting in my low funds now.
Basicly, unless I become an extreme miser, I'm stuck at home untill I finished my studies and I've found a decent job.

That's why moving out for uni was a no brainer for me. I can't hack my parents shite for much longer. And I do have a job (Friday is my last day, so not really but yeah). Moving out for uni, I reckon, would be the best for any student. I can't wait to be all independent and shit :6: Before you all hit me with student loan BS, I'm not getting much :o

It's tough for me to get a loan as I've never had one before...or a credit card...or (believe it or not) a motgage.

What sort of retarded world do I live in where everything I've ever owned is mine, and now I would like to utilise the services provided by a Money Lender they go 'urm...nah...we can't be sure how reliable you are as you've always been too careful with your money!'

lolwut.

That has pissed me off.

Also...I have a spot appearing on my chin and there's nothing I can do to stop it. I am staring into the abiss, and whatever is down there...is laughing at me.

University around here costs like, 1000 euros/year. 2000 euros maximum if you do something like Law and need specialized expensive books.
And ofcourse, when you get a student flat it costs more too. But those are the regular renting prices.
So I didn't really need a loan for my studies. And I'm not eligible for a grant as far as I know. I know my parents couldn't get one for me last year.
But even with a grant you still need to pay rent and stuff.

And yes I could get a credit card, but I don't think Visa, Mastercard or my bank would be happy if I'm at -10000 euros or more for multiple years.

The only way I could get some serious cash is to ask my friend, who basicly is rich for his age since his dad died. But I don't want to loan huge amounts of money from friends.
It's not a solution in my eyes.

Read some article about credit ratings recently. There different for every bank apparently. They don't just want people who will pay back the money they're lent with ease. Their perfect lendee is someone who will pay them eventually, but will struggle a bit and have to pay late fees etc, so the bank makes more money. So you technically might get turned down for a loan for being to smart with money, especially if you're into moving it around to get better interest rates etc. It's bullshit, they pretty much just punish you for beating them at their own game.
