Agreed. Last night was siiiiiiiiiiick! Great venue, great sound system. Kode9 killed it. Props for your set as well... we were begging for the Billy Ocean rewind!joenice wrote:Last night -- absolutely ridiculous.
No joke....ridiculous.
Few things:I need to eat and sleep -- and -- in that order.
- The soundsystem at Love was better than advertised.
- The venue fits the music/sound.
- The staff (owner, security, sound guy) couldn't have been nicer.
- I have a feeling that Dubwar has a new home.

wicked gig! i was damn lucky to be in the city then. make sure you put one on during next years remix hotel.
shackleton's set wasn't the best but skull disco is still my fave label in the world at the moment.
kode 9 ruled, good to hear a mix of live action and djing.
but.. joe nice is a born entertainer!! i've NEVER seen anyone that excited to be behind the decks. i had the most fun in ages to his set - it was INSAAAANE.
everyone was super cool too, nice people all round. moldy - did you have a huge hangover from all that tequila? i did.
