I'm not into 80s clothes, but sit me down with a few 80s films and I'm set. There's so many classics from the 80s.
What was up with the shoulder pads?? And the damn Pat Benatar look that was really popular for a while.
The 80s clothing references were probably the best thing about "Hot Tub Time Machine". Oh and people were definitely obsessed with skiing.
Big tune, I remember it being played at a party last year, on my birthday. Good memories.
VOOOOLLLLIIIGG LOOOOOSGELLOOOOOOOSTTTT VON DER ERDEEEE
Although the majority of their discography dates from the 70s, it's a crime to forget Kraftwerk when talking about the 80s..
Computer World and Electric Café are two spectacular albums, and their earlier material had a BIG influence on 80s music.
Oh man I would give big money to be able to travel back in time and witness one of their live sets in the early 80s/late 70s when it was still the original lineup (schneider, hutter, flur and bartos)
And those are just some of my all-time favourite tunes AND they're from the 80s.
Haha oh god Just An Illusion is going to be playing non-stop in my head now for at least 2 days.

damn nils - you beat me to the Kraftwerk love
At least once I year I go through a phase where 90% of the music I listen to is Kraftwerk.
Last two weeks I've been in such a phase again. Feels good man.
