MIXING & MASTERING ADVICE PLEASE!

I mostly DJ, but lately have been working on producing. My composing is getting there, but my mixing and mastering sucks. I really want to get a better grip on those aspects before continuing. I use ableton, and would like to just use the plug ins already provided as opposed to buying something like oZone. Here is a track I was screwing around with trying to get it to sound studio quality. Please let me know if you guys have any tips for me! Thanks! :h:
