boomnoise mate, i been in that position a couple times this year already - sick on monday, worrying i'll still be fucked by fwd and thus miss the highlight of the fortnight. :( here's what you do:

buy a bag of lemons, a pot of honey, some fresh ginger, and a bulb of garlic.

juice one lemon, add a tbsp of honey, a clove of garlic chopped in half, and about 1cm of the ginger chopped up, then add hot water (in a large mug). cover it with a plate or sth and let it all infuse for a couple minutes, then get it down you.

if you have about four of these drinks a day and eat shitloads of veg you'll be alright. unless you have tb or something in which case i can't help u. :wink:

in any case sub-bass is great for clearing out yr sinuses innit :o
