He's made a lot of tunes, has a record label, and is getting radio play and plenty of sets playing out. Sure, the music isn't to everyone's tastes, but at least he's getting up and doing something. Fair play to the lad.
The jah reference is jokes though

Hahahahahahahaha.
"Dark Elixir, however, got signed by a rival label,
and couldn't make the trip to the states. This screwed up a whole
month of touring for the pair, and decided to cut their losses and
head back to Philly. Down but not out EMER and SKRILLZ kept it moving.
With the support of the friends and family in Philly, EMER and SKRILLZ
went back to doing what they were best at, throwing house parties.
However, being gone for a month left the door open for other no name
DJs to try and copy what we did, and had success doing do for a little
bit, until EMER got fed up with all the people he was trying to help
dicking him over and throwing shows behind his back. He decided to
show at one of the parties of the rival crew, and make his presence
felt."
Hilarious. Also funny is how he thinks he has some exclusive rights to DJing every house party in Philadelphia.

Re: You really couldn't make this shit up
back n forth between pitt n philly several times a week and Ive never heard of these kids, I find it highly unlikely any promoters around here would back something so... lame.garethom wrote:

Most of the people whom they've listed as references Im acquainted with, and have never heard of them.
Noone seems to have ever heard of a promoter named 'unicorn' either, or any events he's ever thrown, granted they arent part of the fabricated story as well as his supposed 'contacts' and 'shared the stage with's...

Why one would spend so much effort on typing one big lie like that is beyond me, just makes you look lik e ajoke to any potential promoters or labels who would read it.dj $hy wrote:Thats the longest about I've ever seen... Waste!
