BUT I KNOW WAY TOO MANY WOMEN WHO CAN'T SEEM TO GET ENOUGH BROSTEP.
I PLAYED THEM 'WUT' THEY SAID IT WAS TOO MELLOW

i hear ya
seems that its now fasionable to be a female into brostep
althought, it seems to be all the girls that go to town and spend half the night in the bathroom doing lines off the toilet seats
YES! THE FEMALE BROSTEP DJs DON'T HELP NETHER!

we dont get em here, thank god
San Diego is infested with them. If it's not college girls grinding and jumping on each other, it's hipsters doing the 50s/60s dance moves and kicking their feet up to your head. I'm sure some started dancing a lot slower and better now. How hard is it to do copy a dance move? Still no rhythms though.
The only female DJ I know in SD - Ubiquitous - plays dark tunes, thank god! I'm sure she's not selling out or she would have done that a long time ago. She's in your face about the whole woi shit too. Big up, Lisa!!! <3
As far as JB's statement is concerned, I think it's a bit late, but the sentiment is there. The state of dubstep in the US (for the most part) is fucking sad. LA, NY, and SF do have their nights monthly (if you're lucky), but in smaller cities like mine, brostep gets played here all day, everyday. 'It's all about the epic bro anthem drop and if it's not, then the plug gets pulled'. That's an actual quote from one of the woi DJs here. I'm not partaking and supporting that shit. For the record, I can dance to JB's music. I would rather dance to this music than any of the shit currently getting played here.
