Sounds good man, her vocals come slightly off time occassionally, but not in such a way that it negatively affect the track. My largest concern is that her voice could use some slight compression as her levels waver in front of and behind the mix, instead of sitting right on top, they are also a little dry... some reverb and automated delay at key points could go miles in gelling everything together.

edit: at exactly 48 seconds... that buzzing mid range bassy synth, I can hear the 7th in it (I think it's a seventh?) and it's clashing.
