Ableton record/render issue

Post by MineOurArc » Tue Oct 11, 2011 9:15 am

I can see and play my track (multitrack recording of midi and audio clips) in session view but when I record it out to a wav certain tracks are missing?

Any ideas?

When you click Export to Wav a little box opens with a few options. At the top is a drop down box, which lets you select which track you want to render. You can render all tracks, any individual one, or just the master. Do you defo have it selected to render the master?

Nothing is muted or solo'd (or automated to do so) and the preferences when you record is set to Master....might try setting it to all tracks?!

Hahaha oh dear..... I set the record to all tracks and it has individually recorded all tracks. So instead of one complete wav I now have 30!!!
