well my friend tattoos in a shop that does them and he said it really didn't hurt.
but then again, he's all about downplaying the pain of something so he can watch their reactions when they actually listen to him.

ive heard it doesn't hurt near as bad a regular piercing but everyone is different

nah, it's not a joke, people actually have it. a really common spot is right under the eye like where a tear tat would be.
