+1. My parents got me an electric for my 16 birthday. Worked great when I just had some chin hairs, buut when I started popping out full facial it was patchy at best. Tried a Gillette Fusuion they were giving out for free at the college, worked wonders. Just make sure you get decent shaving cream.
