Cubase 6 Cheapest price

Post by Wilson1989 » Wed Oct 19, 2011 2:39 pm

I've been looking around the internet for the cheapest STUDENT version of Cubase, so for I've managed to find it at £240. Now I've had a lot of problems with Cubase in the past, I've tried legit version of 4 and 5 and both had crashing issues which meant I couldn't make music, I actually pirated Cubase 5 and it worked better than the legit copy haha, but I'm going to buy Cubase 6, only I don't want to spend £240 on something that may not even work, so if anyone knows where I can get it cheaper, please tell!

My english teacher gave me a weird look when I mentioned that as the musical instrument I played. Like the wtf stare. I had to give her the 'wiki wiki' dj motion to confirm what i meant.

Try eBay.

I don't really know what your currency is though so I wouldn't know.

We have Cubase 6 at work, we looked everywhere for cheaper than £240 but no joy.

No problems so far all is good :)

You could go on Cubase forums and ask? ebay does have certified resellers. I bought my interface from there with m-audios warrenty and something about technical service.

Just having a lot of issues as of late, and was thinking of upgrading anyway.

On a side note, does anyone know what happens if you go from being a student to not a student whilst owning a student version of software?
