I think he means which Digital Mystikz tunes were actually produced by both of them rather than simply released under the Digital Mystikz name. I'm pretty sure Mala had nothing to do with Robotnik, for example.

fuck off Pistons

basically i thought that despite them using the monicker of DMZ they didn't collaborate on tracks, or did very rarely anyway

would be nice to know for sure really, was havin an argument with someone about it the other day cos they were trying to say that certain DMZ tracks im almost totally sure are by Mala alone were collab's between the two of them, and for me, im pretty confident that i can spot a Coki production, even in the earlier days when he wasn't so hyper-kinetic and shit

Yeah, according to Discogs they both wrote Mawo Dub. Some dubs like New Life Baby Paris and Heartless Ninja sound like they could be collabs. Heartless Ninja is definitely on the top 5 dubs I want released list still.

I don't think there's many "true" collaborations (at least ones that were released)... there's Mawo Dub... but I don't doubt that they often bounced ideas off each other and stuff like that

Anyways, here's all the releases under the Digital Mystikz name and who produced what. Also included are any other artists on that release just for the sake of completeness. Most of em are obvious but I did all of em anyways

DMZ 001:
Loefah - Twisup
Coki - B
Mala - Chainba

DMZ002:
Mala - Lost City
Loefah - Horror Show
Coki - Jah Fire
Mala- 10 Dread Commandments

DMZ003:
Mala - Da Wrath
Loefah - Twisup VIP

DMZ005:
Mala - Neverland
Coki - Stuck

DMZ007:
Coki - Haunted
Mala - Anti War Dub

DMZ008:
Mala - Ancient Memories
Mala - Ancient Memories (Skream Remix)

DMZ021:
Mala - Education
Coki - Horrid Henry

DMZ022:
Mala - Enter Dimensions
Coki - Marduk

DMZLP001:
Mala

DMZLP002:
Coki

BAM004:
Mala - Pathways
Coki - Ugly
Mala & Coki - Mawo Dub
Mala - Da Wrath

CAT 160 LP: This is the only one I'm not sure about... they're both officially credited with the productions (as opposed to just M. Lawrence for Walkin' With Jah, D. Harris for Ugly, etc, etc )and they sound like they could be "true" collabs, so I don't know
Kode9 - Swarm
Kode9 - Sub-Kontinent
Kode9 - Dislokated
Kode9 - Ping
Loefah - Bombay Squad
Loefah - Fire Elements
Loefah - Beat Them
Digital Mystikz - Awake
Digital Mystikz - Country Man
Digital Mystikz - Cr7 Chamber

SJR 135-12:
Mala - Walkin' With Jah
Coki - Earth a Run Red

SJR134-12:
Mala - Misty Winter
Mala - Conference

SJR 161-12:
Mala - I Wait
Kode9 - Magnetic City

SJR 172-12:
Coki - Thief In The Night
Kode9 - Stung

TEC008:
Loefah - System
Coki - Molten

DIS002:
Mala & Sgt. Pokes - Shake Out Your Demons
Silkie - Cyber Dub

HJP54:
Moritz Von Oswald Trio – Restructure 2
Mala – Restructure 2 Rebuild

"I'd almost forgot to mention, there's also a killer Digital Mystikz track on the flip, 'Wait'. The combined talents of Mala and Coki producing an entirely exclusive dub track. Coki driving the bass, Mala laying down some punishing drums and all floating in an exquisite blue atmosphere that could only come from a combined session. Soul Jazz are soooo on the money with this one it hurts - totally mint like." BOOMKAT

I believe 'Mawo Dub' is the only Digital Mystikz tune that they actually produced together. Mawo stands for Mala and Wobbler, which was a nickname for Coki back then.

Now that I know that I can really hear it in the production, they're such an interesting duo...

I had a random re-realisation of how fucking sick and innovative Coki was to produce the tunes he did back in the day. Really want to hit a DMZ now :(

I know it's on Urban Ethics but on the Lost Dubs show Joe Nice says that Intergalactic was a collab. Also Awake is Mala and Country Man is Coki on Grime 2. However, CR7 Chamber is both of them according to discogs.
