I have decks, a mixer, speakers, 2 tempa records (J:Kenzo's first release on Tempa, and Consequence's release as well) and 1 Ringo record (Coki- Goblin/Mala - Sinners). I run serato and am interested in learning how to produce, play at a night, or just organize a night. I go to school down in Virginia though, so that may be a bit of an issue. big ups the tri-state crew
Here is my soundcloud as well. I have experimented with producing and it hasnt gone too well. Have a listen:

I'm from Amityville, if anyone is up for a smoke and a mix PM me and we can get down. I have a pioneer ddj t-1 and an old home stereo system, but have a pretty decent sub for it.

I'm based on in the Moriches/Westhampton area. I got off of the common school, then school, then school, then day job track with the hopes to begin a producer/dj career. Looking to help or start organizing events. Let me know people! Email me - geoffcraz@gmail.com if you would like to perform. also let me know if you have any venues in mind. i only go out like twice a month to the city (sometimes by myself) to see my fav producers. (I've got an extra ticket to bassnectar on sunday if someone wants to join too!)

i'm looking to hustle with setting things up since i have no day job. Would love to start a scene here instead of move out to cali where the music scene is already pretty saturated and active. There's sooooo many kids on long island looking to go hard, but have no idea how/where (yet). I'm thinking setting shop somewhere like on the border of nassau and suffolk or further towards the city. eventually spreading out a little east when/if hype starts growing. i'm all for it guys. i've got my own studio in bellport and i'm in there from like 3 pm to 3 am everday working on tracks. so if your looking for collab, hit me up i'll give my phone number via email.

also, new venue i've got my eyes on - The Emporium in patchogue. seems to be doing well. If we could setup a dub night, the venue is capable (A/V, bars, dance floor). I'd be going for this kind of thing myself but i only want to mix for like an hour maybe hour and a half. most djs perform for like 3-4 hours. no way i have enough material for that yet.
