Lots of disortion, love it. Try some sidechain compression with your drums to your wobbles, it'll give it a much slicker soundSkinnyMusic wrote:Feedback is greatly appreciated!

Currently taking classes in filth 101. They teach sexual contortionist positions, bondage, dead body disposal, and dubstep production.

What exactly do you mean sidechain compression? I'm still a complete noob with EQ, levels and mastering but slowly getting better.KillerKat wrote:Lots of disortion, love it. isn't there like an aggro-electro forum
why all the non-dubstep
your kick is barely audible
do more research and practice
listen hard to more (good) music
good luck with everything

I don't know really. Find me a forum and I'll be sure to join. hahaha-[2]DAY_- wrote:isn't there like an aggro-electro forum

I've grown tired of making just dubstep so I've tried expanding. I know this is "dubstep forum" so I guess this doesn't really fit here. My bad.
Than you for the pointer on the kick, I suck at EQ and mastering and when I make the kick more audible it gets distorted. :/
Listen to "good" music? Everybody has different taste as to what is "good".
And thank you sir.

This gets boring very quickly......
Needs loooooooooads more variation.....
It never actually moves anywhere....

I would have to agree with you 100%.zillion wrote:This gets boring very quickly......

For the time being I'm taking tons of time off of producing to learn new things and relearn things I already thought I knew.
Variation is also another thing I've always struggled with. Whenever I try to introduce a new melody or riff or whatever it just doesn't seem to fit.
