You just know a films going to be really good when it's a sequel to a commercially sucessful shock film and was produced in less than a year.

First film sucked ass. Heard the second film just goes too far and tries too hard to be scary. Apparently there is a scene with the guy wanking off with sandpaper, and a baby getting stepped on. Pretty fucked up IMO.

I didnt see the film, this is what I heard about it from a bud. NO way would I stay and watch if something that messed up happened.

i thought it tried too hard and the whole artsy feel they tried to give it just sucked
though it is pretty tame as far as shock/gore films go

First one was basically a disney film copared to most "gore" films, Except for some blood and the concept of it there wasn't really anything graphic.

The new one on the other hand...........................

The new villain is a pretty fantastic casting find and as a film it's definitely alot better than the first, but it's not incredible cinema.

Still just a film, it could be as gross as it wants and it's still just a film.
