Anybody else watch the history channel more than any other channel?
If so which are your favourite history channel shows?

The History Channel is usually a decent bet to flip to during commercials...but theres too much WWII crap on there to keep me interested for any amount of time.

Agreed, I know too much about that period in time, I know more about that period than I do about the decade that preceded my birth.

Well yeah we only get the most popular US shows too (in Canada), but there is still too much WWII, too often!

I haven't seen anything besides horrible reality shows on "History Channel" in a very long time. History International has all the good stuff now, but it's not HD yet.

They used to have non-stop WW2 documentaries though yeah, it was referred to as [H]itler Channel.

Seriously. They have a show on the history channel now called Big Shrimpin'. http://www.history.com/shows/big-shrimpin
What the fuck.

Yes! That hardcore pawn is beyond awful. Just people arguing the whole time.
Pickers is a good show though, I do like that stuff, because of old historical/antique items... Pawn Stars is good but I notice it's been getting more and more scripted as it goes on. Still about as decent as reality shows gets. There's 2 new ones I noticed called Picker Sisters and Pawn Queens lol. Can't stand the Storage Wars thing though.

Ancient Aliens and UFO Hunters are cool in a sort of scifi kind of way. Decoded is a joke. I tried watching the Sharp Shooters or Top Shot show, but I can't help but be annoyed at the loud commentary during it, it seems like it would be much better if there wasn't a play-by-play "announcer".
I still watch all the reruns of The Universe when they air too.

US Top Gear is awfuuuul haha.
