Why is it that sometimes when you have a warm shower and then spray deodrant under you arms it feels like you have pulled a muscle or something?

in my dream last night my job was to make toffee apples for people, but then i realised i don't actually know how to make toffee apples and they had some kinda weird shit inside them. was thinking are they actually proper apples under there or some kind of dodgy substitute...
