Agreed.LA_Boxers wrote:Can we lock this thread now?
Makes you wonder how DMZ got best event with the rest of them results. This is probably why there won't be another night at Mass.

Very odd mix of winners. I hope someone captured+uploaded the awards video haha.

Why do you want the thread locked ?LA_Boxers wrote:Can we lock this thread now?
Re: Dubstep Music Awards - results
Well it already seems to be fizzling out and moving to other genres, and it seems no one really wants to call their music dubstep anymore. And the mainstream will have moved on to ruining some other good genre by next year. Obviously all the music will still be there, just not many people making it anymore. Gone forever was a slight exaggerationscspkr99 wrote:gone forever? how soDuffman wrote: Don't see how they're gonna pull that off since dubstep will be most likely be gone from the mainstream and probably gone forever in a years time.
imo of course
Re: DUBSTEP MUSIC AWARDS 2011
Because when they fixed the results, they had to put at least a couple of awards in to give them some "underground" cred.AJP UK wrote:Agreed.LA_Boxers wrote:Can we lock this thread now?

Re: DUBSTEP MUSIC AWARDS 2011
Because the only thing left to discuss are the results. I think 99% of the people on here share the same opinion on the results, so no need for this to carry on.dj klaim wrote:Why do you want the thread locked ?LA_Boxers wrote:Can we lock this thread now?

So a genre is only good until the mainstream gets its hands on it?Duffman wrote:And the mainstream will have moved on to ruining some other good genre by next year.

It probably managed to piss them off, but I guess it's pretty easy to discount 4 and a half billion votes for Redtube as the Best Event.arktrix wrote:Did the auto voting script not work then? lol

Actually shocked Koan Sound won best breakthrough. Did the people running it not know that they've been about for years and years!?

I imagined it was because DMZ is 'cool' cos you have to queue up and Skream dropped Bass Cannon at 6th.
